Alexander Krylov, Chief Research Fellow of the Sector for the Caucasus of the Center for post-Soviet Studies of IMEMO, Dr. of Science (History), in his interview to the Russian-Armenian news agency “RusArmInfo” – “Why Delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Alma-Ata is Possible, but Peace is not” commented on the situation around Armenia, as well as the consequences of the withdrawal of the Russian base from Gyumri.
