Dmitry Stefanovich in the “International Review” program

23

On September 27, 2024, Dmitry Stefanovich, Research Fellow of the Center for International Security of IMEMO, spoke on the “International Review” program on the “Russia 24” TV channel with a commentary on changes in the Russian nuclear doctrine.

The Russian President announced the “clarification” of the Russian nuclear doctrine. How do our approaches to nuclear deterrence differ from those of other nuclear powers? How might our opponents perceive the changes? How much clearer have our “red lines” become? Would there be complete anarchy if the UN and its Security Council disappeared? What challenges can we expect by the UN centenary in 2045? Is Hizbullah exclusively an agent of Iran? How is the migration issue being resolved in Europe?
