On March 7, 2023 Sergey Lukonin, Head of the Sector of Economy and Politics of China of the Center for Asia Pacific Studies, Cand. of Science (Economics), took part in the program "Day. The main thing" on the "RBC” TV channel. The issues of US-Chinese strategic rivalry, Russia-China relations and the Chinese initiative to resolve conflict situations were discussed live on the program.
The last issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 12, 2025) is published this year. A significant place is devoted to the problems of the global economy: articles are published on comparing the effectiveness of the economic growth of the G7 and BRICS countries; on the limitations and opportunities for Russia in the context of the global energy transition; on the impact of access to water on economic growth in Central Asian countries.
