Klinova "On the First-round results of the legislative elections in France" concerning the June 11, 2017 first round of voting to elect the 577 members of the France's National Assembly.

The first-round voting results of the Legislative elections in France were in many ways a surprise for the expert community in France and beyond. After the presidential election, a certain "cohabitation" seemed to be possible when the French President and Prime Minister belonged to different political wings of the traditional party system, as it was in the 1980s and 1990s. However, the current situation is quite different.
