The Quarterly Incidents Bulletin 3 is published

The third issue of the Quarterly Incidents Bulletin has been published. It brought together a selection of air and sea events near the borders of the Russian Federation, as well as those, which involve Russian ships and aircraft in other regions. On the basis of the outcomes of the three quarters of the year, there can be said that the largest number of incidents, including the potentially dangerous ones, occur in the European regions. They are the Baltic-North Sea and the Azov-Black Sea.
