A meeting of the Scientific Council of the IMEMO

The meeting of the Scientific Council was held in the mixed format at the IMEMO. Alexey Arbatov made a report “The Strategic Stability and the prospects for the new START treaty”.

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov, Lead Researcher for the Institute for US and Canadian Studies of the RAS Cand. of Sciences (Military) Viktor Esin and Chief Research Fellow for the Section of Military-Political Analysis and Research Projects of the Center for International Security of the IMEMO Dr. of Science (Technology) Vladimir Dvorkin also made speeches at the event.
