259The next meeting of the Scientific and Theoretical Seminar of the Center for Comparative Socio-Economic and Political Studies was held on January 14, 2026 in the small conference room (03–04).
Galina Sidorova, Lead Researcher of the Institute for African Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Dr. of Science (Politics), presented the report "Postcolonial Discourse in African Countries and Its Reflection in the Politics of Western Countries".
The next issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 3, 2026) is published. The central place in it is occupied by articles on economic issues devoted to the analysis of foreign experience in responding to the challenges of the technological revolution; the development of a payment infrastructure for cross-border settlements; direct investment research under conditions of sanctions; Russia's resource policy in the face of D. Trump's tariff wars.
 Ðîññèéñêîì ñîâåòå ïî ìåæäóíàðîäíûì äåëàì ñîñòîÿëñÿ êðóãëûé ñòîë «Áîñíèÿ è Ãåðöåãîâèíà: áóäóùåå Äåéòîíñêèõ ñîãëàøåíèé».
