XII International Scientific Conference “Impact of Exogenous Shocks on the Global Energy Transition: Radicalization, Slowdown or Rollback?”

On December 19, 2024, the Center for Energy Research of IMEMO and the Faculty of International Energy Business of National University of Oil and Gas “Gubkin University” hold the XII International Scientific Conference “Impact of Exogenous Shocks on the Global Energy Transition: Radicalization, Slowdown or Rollback?” in a mixed format.

Scientists, teachers, specialists from domestic and foreign energy companies, postgraduate students from universities and specialized research institutes are invited to participate in the conference. Following the results of the conference, speakers will be invited to publish articles in journals from the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. Decisions on inclusion of reports in the program are made by the organizing committee. Decisions on publication are made by the editorial board of the journal.

The time limit for the presenting a report at the conference is 8-10 minutes (excluding the time for answering questions).

Applications for participation in the conference are accepted until December 6, 2024. Presentations should be submitted to the organizing committee of the conference until December 9, 2024, full texts of reports (articles) for publication should be submitted also until December 9, 2024.

The conference program will be published no later than December 16, 2024.

Start of the conference: December 19, 2024 at 11:00, online registration – from 10:30 (link will be provided to participants).
