20Oleg Davydov held a meeting with Minister Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Moscow Lim Hyung Dae. There was a discussion of the issues, related to the development of the situation on the Korean Peninsula in the context of the new policy of the US Administration towards the DPRK, and to the outcomes of the plenary session of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea held in Pyongyang.
