On June 8-9, 2023 the VII International Political Economy Congress (IPEC-2023) was held on the basis of the economic and philosophical faculties of the Lomonosov Moscow State University in the framework of the V Moscow Academic Economic Forum (MAEF-2023).

Svetlana Dolmatova, Senior Researcher of the Department of Global Economic Problems and Foreign Economic Policy, Cand. of Science (Economics), participated in the Congress and spoke at the session "Development of Human Potential as a Factor in Ensuring the Economic and Technological Independence of Russia: Socio-Philosophical and Political Economic Analysis" with a report "Sustainable Development in the Face of Geopolitical Challenges and Anthropogenic Trend in the Economy: Political Economy Aspect".
