20Senior Researcher of the Department of Science and Innovation of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (Economics) Elena Tchernoutsan took part in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Management in the Healthcare: Challenges and Risks in the 21st Century" on November 18, 2022 and made a presentation "Precautionary Principle and COVID-19: Lessons of France" (Section 5. Pandemic COVID-19: Medical, Organizational and Economic Aspects).
The conference was held on November 17-18, 2022 in Volgograd State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation.
