The next issue of the “MEMO Journal” (No. 3, 2025) is published. It opens with an article on the experience of systematic study of the discourse of intervention at the UN. The readers' attention will be drawn to the materials touching upon the problems of development in the post-Soviet space, including the Central Asian region, as well as analyzing the formation of the idea of patriotism in the agenda of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

The situation on the Korean peninsula is considered in the current issue from the point of view of the state of inter-Korean relations in the framework of competition between different strategies: cooperation, unification and confrontation.

This time the issues of South Asia are fully devoted to India: the educational structure of India is assessed; the positions of Indian banks in the face of the threat of secondary sanctions are examined.

Readers will also be interested in analyzing some aspects of the Russian economy's reaction to Western sanctions: the problems and ways of Russia's access to the commodity markets of unfriendly countries: the impact of sanctions on the structure of cross-border trade in the Far Eastern Federal District.
