110The next issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 10, 2025) is published. It opens with an article analyzing the current situation and prospects in the field of nuclear arms control.
The largest section of the issue contains articles analyzing various problems of the global economy: the economy of the World Ocean in the context of the potential of African countries; OPEC's struggle for a market niche; the externalization of the corporate science of Big Pharma; the capital export index as a strategic forecasting tool.
Another group of articles is devoted to various aspects of the U.S. policy during the presidency of D. Trump. These are materials about the digital strategy and the policy of neo-protectionism of his administration; about the political confrontation with Russia.
The issues of transformation of the defense strategy of the Benelux countries and the European integration of Kosovo are considered within the framework of European issues.
