No. 11 “MEMO Journal” for 2024 is out of print. The problems of international security are covered in the articles by N. Romashkina on modern technologies for war and peace; M. Motyavin and A. Stepanov on military cooperation between the U.S. and its allies in Northeast Asia.

Also published are materials on assistance to Ukraine from European countries: Germany and France (N. Timofeev, M. Khorolskaya), Poland and the Czech Republic (M. Pavlova, A. Chetverikova).

The economic section is represented by articles by V. Zagashvili (analysis of world trade in the context of the globalization crisis), I. Kopytin (carbon credits in the strategies of decarbonization of oil and gas companies).

The clash between US protectionism and mercantilism in China's policy is explored in the article by S. Zhukov, A. Maslennikov, O. Reznikov and M. Sinitsyn. Russia's economic prospects in the conditions of regionalization of the world economy are analyzed in the article by A. Shirov, B. Porfiriev, M. Gusev and A. Kolpakov.

The Middle East section includes articles by I. Ibragimov on the contemporary poliñies of Egypt and Libya, and I. Svistunova on Turkey's expanding efforts to unite Turkic countries.

The issue also includes articles on India's cooperation with the EAEU and the SCO (D. Malyshev, K. Kurylev, N. Smolik, D. Stanis) and determinants of the attitude of the Russian population to environmental issues (Y. Sokolova).
