Participants in Bishkek:
- Kubatbek Rakhimov – Director of the "Applikata" Strategic Solutions Center;
- Stanislav Pritchin – Head of the Sector for Central Asia of the Center for post-Soviet Studies of IMEMO, (report "Water Problem in Central Asia and Russian Approaches");
- Maxim Petrov – Second Secretary of the Russian Embassy.
In Tashkent:
- Andrey Petrov – Deputy Director of the Scientific-Research Institute of Irrigation and Water Problems under the Ministry of Water Resources of Uzbekistan.
The experts discussed possible mechanisms for solving problems in the water and energy sector of the region through the instruments of regional integration and EAEU institutions.
