On May, 20, 2016, Head of the Department of Social and Labor Relations Candidate of Historical Science Victor Komarovskiy made a report “Changes in the migration management system-the possible consequences for Russian regions” on the 3rd section “Social policy at the subregional level” in the framework of the International Science and Practice Conference “RISE OF REGIONS ECONOMICS - STRATEGIC PRIORITIES FOR RUSSIA” which was held in the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics under the auspices of the VI Abalkin’s readings.
