1499The International Seminar dedicated to the identification of the Jamal development scenarios up to the year 2040 in the context of the climate changes in Arctic was held in the framework of the project Blue-action of the European program The Horizon 2020 in Potsdam. Alexey Kuznetsov, Elena Nikitina and Yulia Baronina took part in the event on an IMEMO expert basis.
