The International Conference EMERTECH 2018 “Breakthrough Technologies: the challenges for the development of the society and the global governance” organized jointly with the Center for Strategic Forecasting of the Atlantic Council (the USA) and the Korean-Russian Science and Technology cooperation center (KORUSTEC) was held at the IMEMO.
