560According to the results of the second phase of testing held by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation almost 50% of the scientific institutions and about 20% of the high schools were given top marks. On the basis of the second phase of the evaluation 44 scientific institutions were considered to be of the first category. The Primakov Institute of World Economy and International Relations is among them.
