11The third issue of the IMEMO Quarterly Bulletin of Incidents has been published. It brought together a selection of air and sea events near the borders of the Russian Federation, as well as those, which involve Russian ships and aircraft in other regions.
This bulletin contains a list of incidents on and over the high seas near the borders of the Russian Federation, as well as involving Russian ships and/or aircrafts in other regions. Composed by data collected from open sources: media, official releases, social networks, and air/vessel identification systems.
