The next issue of the “MEMO Journal” (No. 9, 2025) has been published. An important place in it is given to the problems of international finance and international financial cooperation. These are articles on the possibility of changes among the world's reserve currencies, the state of the cryptocurrency market, and financial cooperation between the BRICS countries. Economic issues are also discussed in the article on the dependence of the European Union in the field of critically important raw materials.

The heading “USA: politics and society” includes articles about D. Trump's policy, the evolution of the concept of “digital diplomacy” in State Department documents, and military-civilian cooperation in the field of advanced technologies.

The topic of the post-Soviet space is reflected in articles about Armenia's choice of multi-vector approaches between foreign and military-strategic policy. Uzbekistan's approaches to involving Afghanistan in regional integration processes.
