The latest issue of the journal ME & MO (No. 1, 2023) is being published, with a central place devoted to an analysis of the policies of leading international actors and political processes in certain regions of the world.

The American theme is represented by articles on the place of Russia in U.S. climate strategies and the importance of the phenomenon of "American empire" in legitimizing the dominance of the United States after the end of the Cold War.

One of the articles deals with the foreign policy of the South Korean administration of President Yoon Seok-yeol. 

The situation in the Middle East is touched upon in articles about Russian security policy in Syria and about cooperation between Russia and Iran in the fight against international terrorism.
