This issue presents two articles devoted to the USA: one article deals with alternative versions of the American policy in Afghanistan, and another – with Obama’s unfinished war. We continue the analysis of economic and political integration in Europe, which was started in the previous issue.
The economic block is represented by a methodological study of the subject and method of international political economy and two articles on the concrete problems of economic activities and developments in different regions of the world. An extensive paper is devoted to Cuba, in particular to the reconsideration of its role in the world.
