The articles on security deal with such topics as the escalation risks of multisphere operations (K. Bogdanov); the transformation of U.S. missile defense policy in the context of providing protection against hypersonic weapons (A. Chekov); the genesis of the "exit strategy" concept through the transformation of the world order (I. Tretyakov). The economic block of the issue covers a wide range of topics - the prospects for internationalization of the ruble under modern conditions (A. Polivach); the response of sovereign funds to macroeconomic shocks in 2022 (I. Strelets and S. Chebanov); features of Islamic capital markets (A.
