8On January 19, 2023 the article "Negotiations over Time: Why Russia, the West and Ukraine Cannot De-escalate" by Peter Topychkanov, Senior Researcher of the Center for International Security of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (History), was published on the website of the Russian edition of “Forbes”.
In January of 2026 the first issue of the MEMO Journal comes out. It opens with an article on the theory and prospects of the global dominance of the U.S. dollar. Economic topics are widely represented on the pages of the issue with materials on the problems of national economies and economic policy of major world and regional powers – the United States, Japan, and Pakistan.
