The article “Is there a chance to reach agreement on the missile defence?” by Vasily Klimov was published on the website of the RIAC. After the USA withdrawal from the ABM Treaty in 2002, the anti-missile defense factor eventually became one of the reasons for the military-political tension in relations between Russia and the United States.
