10On November 28, 2022 the central Internet portal of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization "InfoSCO" published an article by Stanislav Ivanov, Cand. of Science (History), Lead Researcher of the Center for International Security of IMEMO, entitled "Israel and Turkey are Restoring Diplomatic Relations". Raising the level of Turkish-Israeli relations will add new colors to the political palette of the Middle East.
The last issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 12, 2025) is published this year. A significant place is devoted to the problems of the global economy: articles are published on comparing the effectiveness of the economic growth of the G7 and BRICS countries; on the limitations and opportunities for Russia in the context of the global energy transition; on the impact of access to water on economic growth in Central Asian countries.
