102On November 13, 2025, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) website published an article by Lida Oganisyan, Senior Researcher of the Department of International Political Problems of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (Politics), "New EU Pact for the Mediterranean: Same Waters, Different Course".
In January of 2026 the first issue of the MEMO Journal comes out. It opens with an article on the theory and prospects of the global dominance of the U.S. dollar. Economic topics are widely represented on the pages of the issue with materials on the problems of national economies and economic policy of major world and regional powers – the United States, Japan, and Pakistan.
