29On July 25, 2022 the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) website published an article "Irony of Fate: Germany Reanimates Coal Generation Amidst the Energy Crisis" by K. S. Denisenko, Junior Research Fellow in the Section of European Countries’ Economy of the Center for European Studies.
On December 25, 2025, the final RIAC City Breakfast of 2025 was held at the Fyodor Dostoevsky Library. Experts discussed key events in the global agenda of the past year, analyzed the prospects of the development of main trends in the upcoming year, and answered questions from the audience on specific aspects of Russia's foreign policy in a live discussion format.
The 3rd issue for 2025 of the journal “Russia and the New States of Eurasia” has been published. The issue opens with the article on the prospects for settling the Ukrainian crisis. Traditionally, great attention is paid to the countries located in the European part of the post-Soviet space.
