247An article by Feodor Voitolovsky, Director of IMEMO, was published in the “Razvedchik” magazine (No. 4, December 2025). It is dedicated to the future of strategic arms control after the expiration of the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty between Russia and the United States in 2026.
In January of 2026 the first issue of the MEMO Journal comes out. It opens with an article on the theory and prospects of the global dominance of the U.S. dollar. Economic topics are widely represented on the pages of the issue with materials on the problems of national economies and economic policy of major world and regional powers – the United States, Japan, and Pakistan.
