The third issue of the “Russia in Global Affairs“ journal (May/June, 2023) published articles by IMEMO staff.

Article "Deterrence in the Era of Small Forms" by Konstantin Bogdanov, Senior Researcher of the Sector of Military-Political Analysis and Research Projects of the Center for International Security, Cand. of Science (Technology), is devoted to the problems of the transformation of nuclear deterrence at the present stage. After 2014, the word "deterrence" has righfully returned to the lexicon of international experts and politicians. After 2022, this return seems irreversible.
