8Alexey Davydov and Alexey Kupriyanov took part in the joint seminar of the IMEMO RAS, Willson Center (the USA) and Observer Research Foundation (India).
The scientists assessed whether the conclusions, made in the joint report on the situation in Afghanistan “2021: Afghanistan’s Year of Reckoning”, published in April 2021, turned out to be sustainable.
There were discussed the inner, the regional and the international aspects of the current situation in Afghanistan. There were covered the possible scenarios for the development of the events the Eurasian region and their impact on the strategies of the regional and the global states. The participants of the meeting agreed to continue the exchange of the views.
