10Head of the Group for Strategic Assessment, Lead Researcher of the Center for Situational Analysis of the IMEMO Cand. of Science (Politics) Sergey Utkin took part in the online-discussion, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Russia's accession to the Council of Europe. It was held on February 26, 2021. The discussion was organized by the Russian International Affair Council. Head of the Department for European Law, Professor of the MGIMO University Dr. of Science (Law) Mark Entin was another speaker at the event. There were discussed both the accumulated experience and the current state of the Council of Europe, and the specifics of Russian participation in the organization's activities.
