Alexander Grushko, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Mr. Carsten Søndergaard, Ambassador of Denmark in Russia, and Fyodor Lukyanov, Editor- in- Chief of the Journal "Russia in Global Affairs", presented their views at the seminar.
