The Center for Strategic Planning Studies held a Seminar "Forecasting and Management". The report "Innovative Development: Theory and Practice" was delivered by Academician Natalya Ivanova.

In the context of intensifying international technological competition, the role of public policy to stimulate the development of science and high-tech industries, which are becoming the main factor of security, economic leadership and public health, is increasing.

The seminar discussed the fundamentals of the theory and practice of state innovation policy, promising directions of scientific and technological progress, and the problems of competition between the United States and China.
