51On September 30, 2022 the IMEMO Forum “Global Energy Dialogue” held a seminar "Perspectives for Energy Relations between Russia and Europe".
Presentations were made by: Andrey Konoplyanik, Advisor to Director General of “Gazprom export” LLC, member of Scientific Council for System Research in Energy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, and Vyacheslav Kulagin, Head of the Department of Energy Complex Research of the World and Russia INEI RAS, Director of the Center for Oil & Gas Industry Studies of the Institute of Economics and Utility Regulation of HSE University.
