Vinogradov (Institute of Far East, RAS), R. Dzarasov and V. Koltashev (Institute of economy in the name of G. V. Plekhanov), etc. took place in the discussion. According to some of them, the principal problem of reindustrialization is to mobilize political and social groups interested in the restructuring of the national economy.
