October 27, 2022 IMEMO “Global Energy Dialogue” Forum held the seminar "Climate Policy versus Energy Security". The seminar was led by Academician Natalya Ivanova, Dr. of Science (Economics), Professor, member of the IMEMO Directorate.

• Alexey Bereznoy, Director of the Center for Industrial Market Studies and Business Strategies, HSE University;
• Ivan Rubanov, Deputy Head of the Carbon Market and Innovation Projects Department, St. Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.
