October 27, 2022 IMEMO “Global Energy Dialogue” Forum held the seminar "Climate Policy versus Energy Security". The seminar was led by Academician Natalya Ivanova, Dr. of Science (Economics), Professor, member of the IMEMO Directorate.
Presentations were made by:
- Michael Yulkin, General Director of "CarbonLab", expert of the International Sustainable Energy Development Center under UNESCO;
- Alexey Bereznoy, Director of the Center for Industrial Market Studies and Business Strategies, HSE University;
- Ivan Rubanov, Deputy Head of the Carbon Market and Innovation Projects Department, St. Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.
The seminar was attended by representatives of the Russian Energy Agency, Petroleum Advisory Forum, Akron, Gazprom Export, Eurochem, Ilim Group, RUSAL, Uralchem, ENGO Engineering, ERTA Consult, Gasunie, Mitsubishi, Unipro Energy, ICUER, NIIgazeconomica, Diplomatic Academy, VNIIGAZ, ERI RAS, Gubkin University of Oil and Gas, HSE University.
