Scientific seminar of the council of young scientists and postgraduate students of the IMEMO was held in the small conference-hall (lecture hall 03-04) on Friday on June 10, 2016 at 16:00.

During the event Y.O. Sadovnikova made a report "A quarter of a century " M. Singh reforms " in the context of the transformation of the political institutions of the Republic of India."
