Experts of the IMEMO Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and the University of Melbourne (Australia) met on October 2, 2013 for a roundtable discussion «Social and Institutional Deficiencies Affecting Economic Growth in East Asia: Organized Crime & Corruption». The discussion centered on comparison of scale and character of the influence of organized crime and corruption on economic activities in the countries of this region.

The last issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 12, 2025) is published this year.
