Forum "Oil and Gas dialogue" at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Gas Society and Council of Power Producers held a round table on the theme "The gas and coal generation in Russia: Realities and Prospects". This roundtable is the fiftieth anniversary event of the Forum "Oil and Gas Dialogue".
The roundtable was led by N.I. Ivanova, Doctor (Economics), Member of the Academy of Sciences, First Deputy Director of IMEMO RAS, and P.N. Zavalny, President of the Russian Gas Society, Chairman of the Energy Committee of the State Duma.
Тема круглого стола своевременная и актуальная. Особенно ценно участие в обсуждении реальных игроков этого рынка из разных ценовых зон. Позиция отдельных участников настораживает с точки зрения наличия "мины" замедленного действия - повышения цен на газ на внутреннем рынке для поощрения более широкого распространения угольной генерации. Фактор газовой и угольной генерации необходимо рассматривать исходя из приоритетов потребителя, а не спасения кого либо.
