The review of the book by Bleddyn Bowen called “War in Space” by Dmitry Stefanovich was published in the Vol. 11, No 4 of the Journal of International Analytics (Mezhdunarodnaya Analitika) for the year 2020.

Bowen emphasizes that since the space war is a continuation of the land politics, then “the old theories and concepts about human political experience take on new life in the new environment, so it is systemic and non-quantifiable political considerations that must accompany the analysis of warfare in space.”

“Perhaps, today the urgent task for the domestic specialists in the field of the theory of international relations, of international security, and of space technologies is forming their own general theoretical interdisciplinary approaches to the analysis of the confrontation in space, or to the adaptation of the developments of foreign colleagues in this field to the Russian approaches.”
