IMEMO delegation participated in the International Forum "Raisina Dialogue", held in New Delhi (India), on March 5–7, 2026, – the largest international conference devoted to the issues of global politics and economy.

During the Forum, IMEMO employees participated in the expert dialogue "India-Russia Partnership Amid Geopolitical Shifts" with Observer Research Foundation (ORF), one of the leading Indian think tanks, and in a number of sessions of the main program. Representatives of the scientific community of the two countries discussed the prospects of adaptation of relations between India and Russia to the changes in international political environment, as well as prospects for development of trade and economic ties. The main speakers at the event were Feodor Voitolovsky, Director of IMEMO, and Alexey Kupriyanov, Head of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region. Alexander Dynkin, President of IMEMO, delivered closing remarks.

Alexander Dynkin, President of IMEMO, spoke during the main program of the Forum at a closed session devoted to forecasting the dynamics of international relations until 2030, and Feodor Voitolovsky – at the open session devoted to the relations between Russia and India in a changing world.

Also participating in the Forum and its side events were Sergey Kislitsyn, Deputy Director and Director of the Center for Strategic Planning; Alexey Kupriyanov, Head of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region; Alexandra Voitolovskaya, Senior Researcher of the Center for North American Studies; Gleb Makarevich, Research Fellow of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region; and Ivan Shchedrov, Junior Research Fellow of the Center of the Indo-Pacific Region. Uliana Artamonova, Research Fellow of the Center for North American Studies, participated in the youth program.

On March 6, a memorandum of understanding was signed between IMEMO and Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF) analytical center. The agreement envisages joint research, common scientific and expert events, and the exchange of publications in scientific journals. Areas and formats of cooperation were defined during the discussion. The text of agreement was signed by Director Feodor Voitolovsky from IMEMO and by Director Arvind Gupta from VIF.

IMEMO delegation also held a meeting with Shishir Priyadarshi, President of the expert-analytical center Chintan Research Foundation (CRF), and his colleagues to discuss possible directions of scientific cooperation. The negotiations with representatives of the  India Foundation (IF) research institute – Executive Vice President Alok Bansal and Director Dhruv Katoch concluded the business program. The parties agreed to expand the Institute's representation at events organized by the Indian side.

On March 8, representatives of IMEMO, together with representatives of the HSE University and the Russian International Affairs Council, participated in the events of the BRICS Academic Forum, which followed the “Raisina Dialogue”. IMEMO experts also gave lectures on the site of the Russian House (representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo).
