Tomorrow will be only two months since the beginning of the 47th President of the United States second term. Of course, the beginning is loud. The obvious vector is a sharp break, at least verbal, with the previous policy of the Democratic Party. In my perception, traditionally in the United States, a domestic issue has largely shaped foreign political interests and aspirations. The resounding victory of the Republicans suggests that US electorate is tired of the excessive neoliberal ideology as a compass for national interests and foreign policy.
