244IMEMO RAN presented SIPRI Yearbook 2013 Armaments, Disarmament and International Security (in Russian). At the presentation the Russian SIPRI Yearbook 2013 was introduced that was published as a part of the joint project by IMEMO RAN and the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). The participants in the discussion touched upon a wide range of international and national security issues, the prospects for further nuclear arms reductions and strengthening of the nuclear non-proliferation regime.
