The article by A. Magomedov and A. Shaparov analyzes the impact of the conflict in Ukraine on the US Arctic policy.

The section “Europe: New Realities” is represented by articles by V. Kolomin on the national level of regulation in the implementation of the common fisheries policy of the European Union and A. Sokolov on changes in the assessment of Russia in the strategic documents of Germany. The role of France in the implementation of the EU economic strategy in Central Asia is considered in the article by M. Klinova, M. Kondratyev and E. Kharitonova.

The electoral participation of non-citizens in the context of migrant integration policies in a number of European countries is the subject of an article by A. Kramarenko.

K. Konovalova and V. Kheifets explore the problems of a multipolar world in contemporary expert discourse in Mexico.

The economic rubric of the issue is represented by the articles by L. Khudyakova and E. Sidorova on multilateral development banks in a polycentric world; S. Dmitriev - on the “green course” of the Biden administration in the USA; as well as an article by Ul. Parkhimenka analyzing the OECD cross-country input-output tables, which reveal Russia's economic ties with foreign countries in 1995-2020.

Social issues are also presented in the issue: N. Goffe and G. Monusova in their article study global poverty in the context of structural shifts in the economy; M. Afanasyev, O. Afanasyeva and V. Krasnoslobodtsev analyze the category of social well-being as a criterion for the development of nations.
