In response to the question about the growing anxiety following the termination of the Strategic Offensive Arms Reduction Treaty (START) on the night of February 5-6, 2026, Peter Topychkanov noted that this anxiety is being converted into pressure from non-nuclear states on countries with nuclear weapons.
