St. Petersburg International Gas Forum-2024

On October 8-11, 2024, the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum was held. It annually brings together international experts, top managers of oil and gas companies, representatives of federal and regional authorities, specialized associations and research centers. The Forum unites all the most advanced and important areas of the industry, creates excellent conditions for demonstrating national potential, and makes a significant contribution to determining the optimal scenarios for the country's further development.

On October 9, Stanislav Zhukov, Deputy Director of IMEMO, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Ivan Kopytin, Head of the Center for Energy Research, Cand. of Science (Economics) took part in the event.  

Stanislav Zhukov delivered a report “Transformation of the Global LNG Market: Risks and Uncertainties” at the Session “Development Prospects for the Russian LNG Sector in Today’s Economic Reality”.
