1504Pavel Gudev took part in the Third Annual International Conference “Legal issues relating to awards of the arbitral tribunal established under annex VII of Unclos 1982”.
The conference was about the positive consideration of an action made by the Philippines against China with regard to legal claims of the later to the areas of water, the islands and the resources of the South-China Sea.
The conference was held in Ho Chi Ming City on July 23, 2016.
The conference was organized by the University of Law of Ho Chi Ming City and the Vietnam Lawyers Association.
