Theoretical seminar meeting named after Academician V. Martinov was held in IMEMO on February 1, 2016 at 14:00. The topic of the seminar was "Peculiarities of the Russian model of the University sector".

Academician Natalya Ivanova led the seminar.

The speaker was: Prof. Evgeniy Balatskiy, Director of the Center for macroeconomic research of the Financial University (FU) of the Russia Federation Government, Chief Researcher of the CEMI RAS.
